In his role as the Director of Product Development & IT, Chris oversees all product management, software architecture, software engineering, quality assurance, release management, and infrastructure hosting at WebLink. Prior to assuming his current role in 2015, Chris served in a number of roles in both the Support and Product Development teams here at WebLink. Before joining WebLink in 2009, Chris served as lead developer on a CRM application for a transportation brokerage here in Indianapolis.
 
Chris is passionate about designing WebLink products that leverage the latest in software technology to enable associations and chambers to spend more time focusing on delivering member value rather than running their AMS database. His favorite part of the Summit is the opportunity to spend face-to-face time learning more about the problems faced by associations and then creating technology-based solutions to these problems for WebLink customers.
